Brand Kit
The Huddle brand,
in one place.
Great teams don't guess. They Huddle. This is the working kit — logo, colour, type, pillars and voice — matching the Huddle Brand Playbook, ready to copy and download.
The Hexeleon
Six points. One centre.
The brandmark is the Hexeleon — six aligned points around one central point: a huddle around a shared direction, meaning and leader. The name nods to the chameleon, the master of change — perception, adaptability, transformation.
The Team Conditions. The geometry references the six research-backed conditions Huddle measures.
The perfect number. The smallest number equal to the sum of its divisors (1 + 2 + 3).
The optimal team. Research shows six members gives a team the optimal number of communication points.
The centre point. Always differentiated — and always the same colour as the wordmark beside it.
Logo
Three lockups. Two colourways.
The logo is the Hexeleon plus the wordmark, in parallel, stacked or Hexeleon-only lockups — in spectrum or monochrome. The Hexeleon must always be present. Click any tile to download.
Clearspace — 0.5x
Keep clear space around the logo of at least half the height of the wordmark's H. No text, images or graphics inside that buffer.
The centre point rule
Only the Hexeleon is coloured. Its centre point always matches the wordmark — black on light backgrounds, white on dark.
Don't
Don't drop the Hexeleon, recolour the points, stretch, rotate, add effects, or use the retired "Huddle by WS" co-brand lockup.
Colour
Colour is meaning.
Every colour maps to a core brand value — used intentionally, alone or in concert. Lead with the primaries. Click a swatch to copy its hex.
Primary
Secondary
Neutrals
Colour is dynamic. Blended gradients between brand swatches symbolise transformation, movement, and the synthesis of diversity — divergence flowing into convergence.
The Three Pillars
One Smart System.
Each pillar owns a distinct colour and stands alone — but they play together. The pillars are not numbered or sequenced: wherever a leader starts, every people decision becomes intentional and evidence-based.
Huddle Team Diagnostics
Fixed-scope. One leadership team. 4 to 6 weeks. No ongoing retainer. Survey + interviews, a leader debrief, a day together, and a written data-driven diagnostic summary.
Huddle Team Program
Teams measure the what; the Program builds equal rigour on the how. Quarterly feedback loops across both dimensions, with work specific to this team's gaps.
Huddle Team Recruitment
Executive search shaped by diagnostic data, not just capability. Diagnostic-informed criteria, team launch once the person starts, quarterly measurement through year one.
Typography
Poppins + Roboto.
Poppins carries the brand voice — headlines and key messaging. Roboto carries the reading — body, captions, supporting content. Both from Google Fonts.

How to speak Huddle
Confident, not cocky.
We don't sell a service. We inspire belief that better teams are needed, possible and achievable. Think Harvard Business Review meets high-performance coach — active voice, contractions, short strong sentences.
Brand DNA
Diagnostic
Data, not vibes. The whole brand in one word.
Intentional
The promise line's engine; every people decision on purpose.
Team first
Conditions, not individuals; the team is the unit.
Fixed scope
In, measured, out. No consulting quicksand.
Evidence-based
Peer-reviewed backbone; the anti-horoscope stance.
Rules
Do & don't.
✓ Do
- Lead with the primary colours — Integrity, Insight, Performance — to build familiarity.
- Use colour as meaning: each colour maps to a brand value; each pillar owns its colour.
- Keep the Hexeleon in every logo use, with the centre point matching the wordmark colour.
- Choose natural, authentic imagery with diverse, inclusive representation.
- Write active, contraction-friendly copy: short strong sentences, HBR-meets-coach register.
× Don't
- Never recolour the Hexeleon points or detach the wordmark from the mark.
- Don't crowd the logo — clearspace is 0.5x, measured by the H of the wordmark.
- No personality horoscopes, trust falls, or "culture survey" vibes in any copy.
- No overly staged, clichéd, or heavily filtered photography.
- No corporate-speak, hype, hard-selling, or empty motivation.
